How can I book an appointment?

We have several ways for you to book an appointment with ease:

  1. Call the salon during business hours and speak to one of our team members.

  2. Use our online booking tool through this website. You'll find it at the bottom right of the screen!

  3. Download our app on the App Store and Google Play by searching for "Beautique Day Spa and Salon."

What services do you offer?

We are proud to offer a full spectrum of services, including, hair, facials, waxing, threading, massages, and body treatments. You can see a full list of services here.

What is the cancellation policy?

To ensure the smooth operation of our services and accommodate the needs of all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Notice Requirement: Any cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellation Charges: Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the total scheduled service cost.

No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service cost.

Credit Card Requirement: A valid credit card is necessary to reserve an appointment, and it will be securely kept on file, ensuring safe storage and encryption of your information.

Payment Responsibility: If a cancellation fee is applicable, it will be charged to the credit card on file. If no valid credit card is on file, or if it is invalid, the charge will be placed on the guest's account, and it must be settled before scheduling the next appointment.

Your appointment reservation signifies your acceptance of these terms. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain the quality and availability of our services for all our clients. If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

What payment methods can I use?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, ApplePay, Android Pay, cash, and Beautique Gift Cards (Purchased from West U location Only).

What should I do if I'm running late?

If you are running late, we ask that you to call the salon to let us know. We will try to work with situations as these but in certain instances, being more than 15 minutes late may require us to change the appointment in some way.

What is your return or exchange policy for product?

1. **Final Sale Items:** Opened skin care, makeup, hair tools, hair brushes/combs, and hair accessories and general merchandise are considered final sale. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for these items.

2. **Return Eligibility:** For all other merchandise, we gladly accept returns within 14 days from the purchase date. To qualify for a return, please ensure you have the original receipt.

3. **Store Credit:** If your return meets the above criteria, we will issue store credit for the returned merchandise. This store credit can be used towards future purchases within our store.

We recommend thoroughly reviewing your purchase upon receipt to ensure it meets your expectations. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding our product return policy, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer service team. Are children allowed at Beautique?

Absolutely! We love seeing your kiddos! We even have services specifically priced for children 9 and under.

However, children are not allowed in the spa unless receiving a service. Your service may need to be rescheduled if a child accompanies you.

What type of appointment reminders do you send?

At the time of booking you will receive a text message/email containing the details of your appointment along with a link to confirm. Two days prior to your appointment, you will receive a message reminding you of your appointment along with the details. You can always check on your future appointments by downloading our app. If your contact information ever changes, please get in touch with Beautique as quickly as possible—we’ll update our database to ensure there’s no missed communication.

Where can I park?

Convenient parking awaits you! Enjoy our ample parking spaces, provided free of charge for our valued guests. For your convenience, we kindly request that you park in the front parking lot of Weslayan Plaza, as our back entrance is reserved for employees only.

Do you offer a service guarantee?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with the service you receive with us but if there ever comes a time where we miss the mark - we want to know! Please give us a call within 7 days from receiving your service and we will happily discuss how we can make it right.

Do you have a rewards program?

Absolutely! Here's how it works: Earn one point for every dollar you spend. These points can be redeemed in two fantastic ways.
